These Terms of Service govern your access to and participation in Main Character Club’s programs, coaching, events, and related services.
01 — Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or participating in any Main Character Club service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.
02 — Services and Participation
Main Character Club provides educational and coaching experiences designed to support communication, confidence, and personal development. Participation requires respectful engagement and timely completion of any agreed program commitments.
03 — Fees and Payments
All applicable fees and payment schedules are communicated before enrollment. Unless otherwise stated in writing, payments are non-refundable once a program has begun. You are responsible for keeping your billing information current.
04 — Community Conduct
You agree to communicate respectfully with members, coaches, and partners. Harassment, discrimination, abuse, disruption, or sharing another participant’s confidential information may result in removal from a program without refund.
05 — Intellectual Property
All program materials, lessons, recordings, templates, and brand assets remain the property of Main Character Club or its licensors. You may use them for your own personal learning, but may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or publicly share them without prior written permission.
06 — Disclaimers
Our services are educational and developmental in nature. They do not guarantee any particular personal, academic, professional, financial, or social outcome, and they are not a substitute for medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice.
07 — Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Main Character Club will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the services or participation in any program.
08 — Termination and Changes
We may suspend or end access to services when these Terms are violated or when participation compromises the safety or integrity of the community. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
